Managing Your Verification Jobs

Every list you upload becomes a job that processes in the background, so you can navigate away and come back without losing progress.

Live progress

While a job is running, the Validator tab shows live progress via a streaming connection to the server - no need to refresh the page to see updated counts.

Pausing, resuming, and canceling

From the Jobs list, you can:

• Pause a running job - processing stops, and no further credits are spent until you resume it.
• Resume a paused job - it picks up where it left off.
• Cancel a job - stops it permanently. A canceled job cannot be resumed.

Exporting mid-job or after completion

You can export results at any time, including while a job is still processing - you'll get whatever has been processed so far. Export format (CSV or Excel) is independent of the format you originally uploaded; results always append Email, Verification Result, Category, and Score columns to your original data.

Deleting a job

Deleting a job removes it from your Jobs list and dashboard views. See Account Suspension & Restrictions if you're trying to figure out why a job or feature seems unavailable - a deleted job is different from a suspended account.
