What we do
MailInsightX verifies email addresses before you send to them — catching typos, dead domains, disposable addresses, and undeliverable addresses before they hurt your sender reputation or waste your budget. We built it around a two-tier model: fast standard checks for high-volume list cleaning, and InsightX+ enhanced verification (real SMTP-based confirmation) for when accuracy matters more than speed.
Why it exists
A list full of bad addresses does real damage — high bounce rates hurt deliverability for every email you send afterward, not just the ones that bounce. Most verification tools optimize for one thing: speed, cost, or accuracy. We'd rather you get an honest answer about an address than a fast, cheap, wrong one — see our How it Works page for the specifics of how each check is made.
How we operate
MailInsightX is run as a small, focused operation — we'd rather ship a smaller set of features that genuinely work than a long list of half-finished ones. Dodo Payments handles all billing and payments as our Merchant of Record, so you're covered by their compliance and payment security rather than a custom checkout we'd have to maintain ourselves.
