Terms of Service

Welcome to MailInsightX, owned and operated by co-founders Shyamal Makecha & Sunny Sharma. By accessing or using our email verification API, web dashboard, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Verify unlawfully acquired email lists, including scraped or purchased databases.
  • Conduct phishing, spamming, or any activity that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or applicable local laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, or disrupt our platform infrastructure.

2. Credits and Billing

MailInsightX operates on a credit-based system. One credit is consumed per email verification attempt.

Delivery Policy: Upon successful payment via our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, digital credits are added to your account instantly and are immediately available for use. No physical goods will be shipped.

All payments are securely processed via Dodo Payments. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the following billing cycle. All purchases of "Pay-As-You-Go" credits are final and non-refundable once consumed.

3. Data Privacy and Ownership

We do not claim ownership of your email lists. Lists uploaded for bulk verification are used solely to perform the verification and write the corresponding status against each email address; the results are exported back to you in the same file format you uploaded, with your original columns and data preserved. We do not use your list data for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

MailInsightX strives for 99.9% accuracy but cannot guarantee that verified emails will never bounce due to aggressive recipient spam filters, sudden server outages, or catch-all domain policies. In no event shall MailInsightX or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service, especially regarding the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India. This section does not apply to payment, billing, or checkout disputes, which are handled directly by Dodo Payments under its own terms as our Merchant of Record.
