Getting Started with MailInsightX

Welcome to MailInsightX, the enterprise-grade platform for ensuring your email lists are pristine, deliverable, and highly secure. Our platform checks that each address is real and can actually receive mail, catches formatting mistakes, and flags role-based or disposable addresses.

Quick Start Guide

To begin validating your emails and protecting your sender reputation:

1. Create an Account: Sign up and log in to the MailInsightX Dashboard.
2. Add Credits: Open the Billing tab in your Dashboard to purchase credits or view your plan's included limits.
3. Upload Your List: From the Validator tab, upload your .csv or .txt file containing the emails you wish to verify.
4. Download Results: Once processing is complete, export the results in CSV or Excel format. You can filter by "Valid", "Invalid", or "Risky".

• Deep Deliverability Verification: Real-time checks that confirm whether an address can actually receive mail, without sending a test email, available on InsightX+ jobs.
• Bulk Validation: Upload lists sized to your plan's limit (see Understanding Plan Tiers & Limits) - processed in the background so you can track live progress.
• Catch-All Detection: We dynamically identify domains that accept all emails and flag them as risky, since an individual address on those domains can't be fully confirmed.
• Disposable & Role-Based Detection: Temporary/throwaway providers and generic addresses like info@/support@ are flagged automatically - see the Verification Status Glossary for the full list of statuses.
